Our little two women's Knitting Club went to The Knitting & Stitching Show in London on October 8th-12th.
This is how it looked like...
Clubmeeting in 11 000m :D
There were four Finnish ladies, who were also going to The Knitting & Stitching Show,
sitting in front of us. What are the odds??
The Knitting & Stitching Show wasn't as big an event as we expected - we think Finnish handicrafts 2014 fair might be even bigger. But Pirkkahalli in Tampere doesn't have that unique architecture and breeze from the old times as Alexandra Palace, so therefore it wasn't a disapointment at all!
There was a fallen tree nearby full of writing, so we decided to leave
something to remember us from :D
And then we did some sightseeing...
Piccadilly Circus
Trafalgar Square
Tower Bridge
Speakers' Corner
Buckingham Palace
National Gallery
Harrods
Victoria Station
London Tube
And then, to save the best for last, our journey's Grand Final...
Stonehenge
As you can see, we had a mission to knit at every sight we visited. And it was a success! At other times we were just bumming around...
